OMS Associates is open 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Mondays through Thursdays and 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Fridays.
We will schedule your appointment as soon as possible. After an initial appointment with your regular dentist and at their request, the doctor on call may be able to schedule an appointment the same day for certain procedures.
We try our best to stay on schedule to minimize your waiting. Due to the fact that OMS Associates provides surgical services, various circumstances may lengthen the time allocated for a procedure. Emergency cases also can arise and cause delays. We appreciate your understanding and patience.
For the convenience of our patients, we have two locations.
Our policy for cancellations or rescheduling an appointment is that we must receive 24-hour notice. We also have appointment reminder procedures that include a call to patients to confirm appointments as well as confirmation texts before the date of the appointment. Our policies also require that after three no-shows without prior notification or cancellation, we are unable to reschedule an appointment.
